The Town of Century’s Code of Ethics applies to the CRA, unless expressly provided otherwise by law or action of the Agency. The Code of Ethics is established and incorporated by the Code of Ordinances of the Town, as amended from time to time, and as authorized by the Century Town Charter. In addition, Council members shall adhere to the requirements outlined in the Town Council rules and procedures.
